Öykü Su Sabancı is an attorney specializing in law and corporate operations. A graduate of Özyeğin University Faculty of Law (LL.B.), she has successfully integrated legal consultancy with business development strategies throughout her professional career.
During her tenure at prestigious global institutions such as Deloitte Legal, she served as an Associate, gaining deep expertise in negotiating complex commercial contracts, managing cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, and preparing comprehensive due diligence reports. In addition to her corporate work, she has successfully managed compliance projects related to personal data protection (KVKK), specially trademark law, intellectual property law, and IT law, while also authoring various academic articles in these fields.
A member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Sabancı is an active participant in international arbitration organizations, including Young ISTAC, Young ICCA, and the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG). She has further broadened her global perspective by completing training in "Luxury Brand Management" at IFA Paris and "Governance" at the Argüden Academy.
